Refund policy

All event bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer fee to secure your date.

  • Your event is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

  • The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

  • Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposit.

For custom items:

  • Full or partial payment (as applicable) is required before design work begins.

  • Custom mockups are created after payment is received.

We operate on a first-paid, first-secured basis.

 Design & Revision Policy

All designs are custom created for each client.

  • Each order includes up to 3 design revisions.

  • Revisions beyond three may incur an additional design fee.

  • Once a design proof is approved, no further changes can be made.

Please review all spelling, names, dates, and details carefully before approving.

J. Marie’s Tees & Things is not responsible for errors approved by the client.

Turnaround Time

Standard turnaround times vary by product and season.

Rush Orders:

  • Any order requested within 7 days of the event or due date is considered a rush order.

  • Rush orders are subject to availability and may include an additional fee.

Turnaround time begins once:

  • Payment is received

  • All order details are confirmed

  • Design proof is approved

 Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products and services:

  • We do not offer refunds on custom items.

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for changes of mind, event cancellations, or client-submitted errors.

For events:

  • Any dissatisfaction must be discussed immediately after setup is completed.

  • Concerns must be addressed on-site so that reasonable adjustments may be made at that time.

Once the event has concluded, no refunds or adjustments will be issued.

 Cancellation Policy

We do not allow cancellations once payment has been submitted.

Event deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

 Pickup & Responsibility

Clients are responsible for coordinating pickup or delivery arrangements.

Once items leave our possession, J. Marie’s Tees & Things is not responsible for damage, mishandling, or weather exposure.

Marketing & Photo Release

J. Marie’s Tees & Things reserves the right to photograph completed work for promotional and marketing purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
