Thank you for shopping with J. Marie’s Tees & Things. Please review the information below regarding order processing, pickup, delivery, and shipping.
ORDER PROCESSING
All items are custom-made unless otherwise stated.
Processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the item and season.
Processing time begins only after:

Payment has been received

All order details have been confirmed

Final design proof has been approved (if applicable)
Rush Orders:
Orders needed within 7 days are considered rush orders and may be subject to additional fees. Rush availability must be confirmed prior to payment.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.
STORE PICKUP
Local pickup is available.
Pickup location details (Bowie, MD) will be provided once your order is ready.
Customers are responsible for picking up their order at the agreed-upon time. We are not responsible for items left unclaimed beyond scheduled pickup times.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery may be available depending on order size and location.
Delivery must be confirmed prior to payment.
Delivery fees are calculated based on distance and order type.
Once items are delivered and accepted, J. Marie’s Tees & Things is not responsible for damage, loss, or mishandling.
SHIPPING METHODS
We ship using USPS and UPS.
Estimated carrier delivery times:

Standard shipping: 2–4 business days (after processing)

Carrier delays are outside of our control.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
We may offer flat-rate shipping promotions within the United States as specified at checkout.
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier:

We are not responsible for shipping delays.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages in transit.

Customers must file claims directly with the carrier if needed.
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
EVENT ORDERS
Event items must be finalized and paid in full 7 days prior to the event date.
Shipping is not recommended for event décor items unless specifically arranged and approved in advance.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers that may impact event timing.
