Purchase & Cancellation Policy

At J. Marie’s Tees & Things, all products and event services are custom-made and created specifically for each client. Please review our purchase and cancellation terms carefully before placing an order.

Custom Orders

All custom items require payment before design work begins.

  • Mockups are created only after payment is received.

  • Each order includes up to 3 revisions.

  • Once a design proof is approved, no further changes may be made.

Because items are made to order:

  • We do not allow cancellations once payment has been submitted.

  • We do not offer refunds on custom products.

  • Orders cannot be modified once production has begun.

Please review all details carefully before approving your final proof.

Event Bookings

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all event dates.

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

Failure to submit final payment by the deadline may result in cancellation of services and forfeiture of deposit.

We do not allow cancellations once a deposit has been paid.

If dissatisfaction occurs, it must be discussed immediately after setup so reasonable adjustments may be made on-site. No refunds will be issued after the event has concluded.

Pre-Order or Specialty Items

From time to time, we may offer specialty or limited-run items.

If an item is marked as pre-order:

  • Estimated production timelines will be provided.

  • Pre-order payments are non-refundable unless we are unable to fulfill the order.

No Try-Before-You-Buy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer try-before-you-buy options.

J. Marie’s Tees & Things offers select products as recurring subscription boxes, including but not limited to Teacher Tee Boxes and seasonal specialty boxes.

By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms:

Subscription Billing

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to recurring charges based on the billing frequency selected at checkout (monthly, quarterly, etc.).

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged on the same date each billing cycle.

  • Subscription charges will continue unless canceled in accordance with this policy.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and up to date.

By placing an order with J. Marie’s Tees & Things, you acknowledge and agree to this Purchase & Cancellation Policy.
