Balloon Decor Booking Policy

Thank you for considering J. Marie’s Tees & Things for your custom balloon décor. Please review the policies below carefully before submitting your booking request.

Booking & Date Reservation

• All balloon décor services are by inquiry only.
• Submitting a booking form does not secure your date.
• Your event date is officially secured only after:
  • Your design is approved
  • A non-refundable retainer is paid
  • A confirmation email is sent

Dates are booked on a first paid, first secured basis.

Retainer & Payment

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date.
• Retainers are applied toward your total balance.
• Remaining balance is due no later than 7 days before the event, unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment upfront.

Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in cancellation.

Design & Customization

• All balloon décor is custom designed based on your event details, inspiration photos, venue, and budget.
• Final pricing may vary depending on:
  • Size of installation
  • Complexity of design
  • Venue requirements
  • Travel and setup logistic
• Color shades may vary slightly due to balloon availability and lighting conditions.

Outdoor & Weather Policy

• Outdoor installs are subject to weather conditions.
• Extreme heat, rain, or wind may affect balloon longevity.
• No refunds will be issued due to weather-related issues once installation has begun.

Cancellations & Refunds

• All retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit all payments made.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

Marketing & Content Use

J. Marie’s Tees & Things reserves the right to photograph completed installations for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

By submitting a booking form and/or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all booking policies listed above.
